"The size of the rooms are spacious. I don't feel confined. The foyer, bar area and meeting rooms, library, game room, etc. are all decorated beautifully. All personnel are so happy to help in any way. When I wake up I think .....is this real? I am so lucky. Makes me feel like a queen. |

| "Moving to Wellington was the best decision I ever made. My husband and I were planning to move to Wellington together, but before we moved he passed away. If we had not decided to do this together, I might not have done it so soon. I am so glad that I did. Living at Wellington has given me a peace of mind that is more than I dreamed it could. I feel sheltered and very comfortable in my lovely apartment. It is a great feeling not to have to worry about who will cut the grass or about any problems that go along with owning a house. chose Wellington to be near a niece and because I was ready to give up my home to be with others.
Coming in with the "Pioneers" and watching our new home grow made me appreciate all that
now makes my life easier. The staff couldn't be better. The food is excellent and the friends I am making
are all a big plus. Shopping nearby also played a big part in my decision, because I am able to be more independent.
Taking part in any activities has kept me alert and I definitely feel part of our Wellington family ....Thanks ." |

was the idea of having indoor parking that first drew me to Wellington. Having previously lived in
a retirement facility for 2-1/2 years, I was pleasantly surprised at the contrast. Here the entire staff
from maintenance through administration couldn't be more friendly, pleasant and helpful. The big surprise was the
quality of the food and the professionalism of the kitchen and wait staff. I love it here!

immediately attracted by the NO ENTRY FEE feature. Like most people in our age bracket
looking for a good retirement home, we had visited many and were so appalled by the exorbitant entry
fees. We were struck by the architectural appeal of the place. Upon seeing plans of the many apartments, their size, closet space, spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer in the apartment and a balcony with every apartment, we were sold on the spot. We love the place." |
