Opened in February 2005, the Wellington campus is on 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with outdoor patios, courtyards and walkways. Wellington is comprised of two main components: 1) Wellington Hall, which houses 193 independent living apartments with an underground parking garage and a 34,000 square foot Clubhouse/Community Center and 2) Wellington Court, which is connected via the Community Center to "The Hall". It houses 36 private, hotel-style, nursing care and rehabilitation accommodations and 64 spacious, two room, personal care apartments and suites.

Situated in the heart of scenic, historic Chester County, Wellington is adjacent to the Hershey's Mill Community and within easy reach from Malvern, Paoli, West Chester and Delaware County. Route 202 is less than one mile to the west. Medical facilities such as Chester County Hospital, Paoli Hospital and Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital are all in close proximity. The Hershey's Mill Village Square shopping center is adjacent to the property, with more extensive malls in nearby Exton, Media and King of Prussia. Continuing Education courses are available at nearby West Chester University, Immaculata University and Penn State extension campuses.
